My friend and I, both living in Shanghai (but not on same ISP) have recently started playing on lichess. We love the site but are both facing connectivity issues that make it unusable.
The issue is that from time to time we lose connection to the server and get the flashing red message "reconnecting" at the top of the screen. In itself, this is fairly normal, but it seems that frequently the whole page refreshes instead of simply re-establishing the original connection. I have been booted from games due to this and also have had my unanswered seek ads drop off the seek list entirely after reconnecting.
