why i cant draw arrows !

I did right click and drag but nothing happened i repeated this few times but stile no arrow came now am fed up that i cant draw arrows i went to preference - game behaviour - snap arrows to valid move - yes nothing happened then i did no still nothing happened what can i do @lichess , @thibault pls fix this bug for me :-(

even I have the same problem but I am not using a wired mouse

i use laptop mouse pad but i can draw arrows

i can draw them on all colours available- blue, green, red, gold

yes am presing evrything correct also i cant even make circles
