Is the Dutch ( leningrad variation ) healthy for Black ?

I have never been much of a fan for the Dutch opening.
To me this system, looks suspicious, basically because, you are vulnerable on the kingside ( f7 for Black and f2 for White )
But the other day, a friend of me, give me a book about the system by the Danish grandmaster: Steffen Pedersen.
However, I definitely dont see how Black can survive such a blod opening as to the set op : f5 - g6 - Bg7 - Nf6 and 0-0.
White can easy get control over the c line and diagonals as a2 - g8 ( with the Queen. let's say a set op with d4 - Nf3 - c3 - Qb3 and now follow in the step of samich ideas like : f3 and attack with h4 - h5 ideas. ) I dont like this position for Black, and I feel that White must be able to "blow away " Blacks position.
So is this a good system for Black ?
Of course the Dutch Leningrad is healthy for black.
Example:
tpr.... Thanks.
The first time I try this ( after reading the book 2 mont ( maybe it not enough time to understand the system ) I was blown away with the idea I say ( getting control over a3 - g8 line with the queen and attack as in the samich system ( eg. f3 - h4 - h5 )
But then, maybe I should study this a bit more :-) Not that I think that I would ever play this line in a serious game, but it fun to learn new things... :-)
Here is an example of black neutralising the idea c3 and Qb3. Black just closes the diagonal with ...e6 and then counterattacks.
thats a nice game.. I will try to see if I can find the game I play, I dont remember how my opponent play it. ... :-)
