No. If you read my post again you will notice that it means none of those things. If it did, I would have said:
A statement is written and released if the majority of Lichess team members agree with X, and it is not written if the majority does not agree with X.
But that is not what I said. On the contrary, the first condition is a large majority agreeing on necessity of a statement, not the truth of a statement.
