Actually he did not.

There appears to be a notation or import error, a search for this game learns it in fact ended as a draw which makes sense:

This was game 4 of the match Carlsen - Anand 2013 and infact a draw was agreed in this position

Can anybody correct the game in the lichess data base?

I guess not since it is an import from a normal lichess user not by the official lichess account....

Can then some moderator delete the game and import the correct one?

It might not be possible to delete games..... just like it’s not possible to delete an account, only close it. However maybe a moderator can edit the game. But there are so many games like this that have been imported wrongly and it would take too much time to fix all

With such a knowledgeful community to help , it does not matter whether they will fix the import or not
