Battery issue on Android app

Since I installed the Android app, it is eating the battery.

Playing only one match at 9am, at 6pm the app has taken 54% of the battery, screen has taken only 5%.

I have to "force close" it in android settings if I want to stop that behaviour.

Phone: Sony xpery z5 mini
Android: 5.1.1

I have Motorola 3G,
I use the app minimum 30 mins a day and doesnt even consume 1% of my battery life.
Just saying it might be a problem with your phone not with the app...

lichess version 2.10.1 for Android.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A version Android 5.0.2

I notice since I install lichess on my tablet, the power consumption increase about 10% during the night.
By disabling the lichess notification using the Samsung Smart manager, my battery consumption return to normal.
