How to win this position with White?

3k4/2pn4/1p1r2p1/pP3p1p/P1KP1P2/4RBPP/8/8 b - - 0 38
from: lichess.org/YFDqAzJ8/white

I lost this game due to a huge blunder with my move no 40.

(a) How do you evaluate this position?

(b) What is your plan to win this position?

(c) Dos und Don’ts in this position?

Many thanks in helping to bring my play to the next level!
You will notice that the pawns are locked down.Play h4.The g6 pawn is very weak and can be attacked by your bishop.Your plan should be to attack the pawn.
g6 pawn is untouchable. besides, black can respond with ...Ke7 and Rd8 and the rest will be easy
yap. and i think after moves Kxe5+, it's been decided that black is winning
Re6 on move 40 would have allowed your King to come to a central square(d3) if Black decides to protect with Rg8 or played Nf6. Would have been more prudent to advance the doubled pawn on f file sometime earlier.
(a) white should win
(b) go to a won rook ending
(c) play for an active rook
