This is so frustrating

Literally every time I'm playing a chess game, it's going neutral at first, but then sometime in the game I make a move, and 3 seconds later I realize it's a blunder but by then it's too late. Like this game:
#3 from watching chess youtube videos I think stonewall formation is when you move d and f pawns forward two squares as white or as black. It can happen in different openings like london or dutch, or I guess just directly like how you did it.
@chessfan124 Ohh....
yeah, turns out 3. f4 was an inaccuracy, c4 was best probably because it takes control of b5 and e5 (but don't take my word for it, I'm not sure).
Heads up, man! This happen to all starters.
Of course you can't play e4 because the pawn is then attacked twice and only defended one time. This is not possible.
What to play here? Hm, the position is already in Black's favour. I guess White will lose the pawn on c4 soon.
You should have avoided to take with the pawn on c3. 10.Qc2 is a reasonable move. This doesn't mean a double pawn is per se bad, but in this position it seems to be.
