I predict in game 9 Carlsen will once again make efforts with a d4 opening for a 3rd time in this match. He will be expecting Caruana to respond with d5, and continue along the Queens Gambit Declined line. However Caruana has been doing some prep and instead of playing d5 he is going to respond with the opening trap d85 throwing his pawn into Carlsens face before he shouts "AMERICA!"
