Tips for Beginners

I would say the best solution if you want to improve and have fun is to play blitz, not bullet. Yes, bullet is quite fun, but it's just moving around a bunch of pieces and you don't really improve in bullet. In blitz, you do have a bit more time to think and you also will improve bit by bit.

" If you only play long Time Controls, it is quite boring" That is subjective.
I feel that blitz and bullet are more like phone games than chess. Fast-paced easy-to-pick-up fun addictive ETC.
Bullet and blitz are not chess.
Bullet and blitz are bad if you want to improve at chess. Good if you want to improve at phone games.
Some people want to improve at bullet/blitz and don't give a dang about classical or rapid. And that is perfectly fine.
But I feel that if you play chess to improve as a PERSON then blitz/bullet is rubbish.
By playing bullet/blitz you will never get the benefits of chess.
Like "patients". "decision making". "seeing the bigger picture". "Improved calculation" ETC.
Have fun with blitz/bullet. But you will not improve as a person.
An if anything just hamper yourself.
My thoughts.
I mean you can disagree that the sky is blue but it's still blue. You're going to need to study and slow down or you'll just hit a wall eventually.. blitz and bullet might help you with openings at best, or methodically burning someones clock down, but that'll only get you so far lol. Just speaking from experience really, been stagnant at the same rating for years. But yeah, it was fun for a while.

Someone is likely going to improve their chess if they are interacting with chess more each day doing whatever activities (bullet, blitz, youtube videos, puzze rush, ect). Time spent on an activity will have some benefit regardless how you interact with the activity but optimal time spent will always reward the person more. Enjoy your chess journey!

Blitz and bullet will not make you a better player, but they are quite fun :)
