Privacy of game history

I would like to ask if there is setting for disabling selected users of reaching your game history.

If not, wouldnt be something that should be enabled as possibility?
You can block them but that doesn't stop them from seeing your game history. Also, why would you want to prevent people from seeing your game history?
@LeoHao The community here on Lichess is so big that it is pretty common to encounter players from your city that play on other clubs , so you may want not these players be able to spot your games !!
I don't know of one.. but that should probably be a development request. Being able to see an opponents full history is a pretty big tournament advantage.
They could just log out to view them. It seems pretty unlikely Lichess will ever allow hiding your game history completely. You can just create another account for secret practice. That's generally a valid reason for a second account. But then at least take care to keep it secret. It's obviously not ok to continuously create accounts because you're unable to keep your account hidden.

No. All of everyone's games are here:
database.lichess.org/

So having a setting to stop someone from seeing your games doesn't make sense.

You can import all of a Lichess user's games directly into Opening Tree here:
www.openingtree.com/

And find their weaknesses. All of this is be design. Why would you want to change it? If you play on Lichess you can see each other's history. If you're worried about OTB then maybe ensure your online accounts are anonymous.
