Problems with my account !

On the 26th I was playing a tournament and suddenly in the middle of the game it was canceled and the system threw me out of the tournament and I couldn't enter anymore

Since then, I observe that the challenges I do ignore me (I say minimum 2100 and it makes me play against a 1900) I have tried to enter a tournament and it tells me that I have to have at least 20 games of experience ...

There is something that has gone wrong in my account since last 26 that made me lose almost 100 points and I don't know why

I thought that a system error had happened on the 26th, but I could not imagine this and for me it is a shame that my name comes out as a cheat. I played thousands of games here since 2017 and all with my real name
