REFUND from cheaters going in interest??

.... this was my game against an opponent who got cheat detected... and when I lost to him I lost 40points...but when I got refund only 33points...so where are the Remaining points...are they gone with some interest or the reason is something else...plz reply anyone

- who cares. rating system will fix it automatically once you play. Rating points are not money
- posting that game on public forum with banned player id probably constitutes public shaming which also bad manners as well
