Filter out players with bad connections.

Hello is there a way to filter out players with bad connections?

I'm tired of getting matched up with players with horrible connections somehow they can make 20 moves in 0.3 seconds it's very unfair especially in bullet games.

Maybe they are just fast...
Lichess has a maximum lag forgiveness or whatever, so someone with a bad connection likely has a disadvantage in a bullet game.
