Voice chat does not work

Hi, I'm trying to use voice chat with a friend in the Learn-Study area. We both clik on the phone icon. We both receive the audio message : "voice chat is ready". Then the number "2" appears on the phone icon (because there are two people with the voice chat activated, I guess). However when we talk, the other side does not hear anything. What are we missing? Thanks for your help.

@fairchess THERE MUST BE A NETWORK PROBLEM BECAUSE I HAD TRIED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND IT WORKS AND IF YOUR NETWORK IS GOOD THEN YOU CAN EXPLAIN YOUR ISSUE TO THE LICHESS MODERATORES 😊😊😊😊

AND @fairchess YOU TRIED IT IN A LOCAL LICHESS TMT SO ALL PLAYERS SHOULD USE THE VOICE CHAT INCLUDING YOU AND YOUR FRIEND
