Unable to join Arena Tournament

I was looking into joining a < 1700 Rapid Arena Tournament scheduled for noon today. When I clock on the tournament, I can see the tournament page with those who have already joined. There is more than an hour left for tournament to start. My Rapid rating is 1575 so I'm not sure why the Join button won't light up for me to be able to join the tournament.

Please let me know how to overcome this issue. Appreciate all the help in advance.

That makes sense. I started playing rapid only recently and the provisional rating starts around 1700 I think. No worries, I'll wait another week while I join the ones I can.
