If I am not wrong, team leaders can send up to 7 team messages per week. I have not even send a message this week, and Lichess says: Too many requests. Try again later. Why is that so?

that is because it's not about calendar weeks, it's a rolling window. for example: if you send 7 team messages on sunday, you don't get 7 more messages on monday right away, only on the next sunday.
@glbert I send one message everyday the last week, so doesn't that means I can send a message every day this week?
