Bullet addiction - use Adblockplus to fight it

To reduce temptation, the following steps will remove:
* the PLAY button
* anything under 10 + 0 in Quick Pairing
* this is to make it more difficult to start short games, letting you focus on puzzles and longer games.

Using Chrome of Firefox
* Install ABP
// in Chrome: goo.gl/kmCytm
// in Firefox: addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/
* Click the ABP button on the menu bar > options
* Click Advanced > Add a new filter list
* Give it a name
* Add the following URL
dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/j6hk9mzi46n09q8/pureLichessness.txt?dl=0
* Click Add a filter list
* Open or refresh a page on www.lichess.org

Works like a charm, cute idea, but I don't think I will use it.

But ... if someone is a bullet addict, what would stop him from disabling the list? Shouldn't there be another add-on that greys out the status switch and the remove button in the AdBlock Plus list manager? 🧐😂

Could work for lesser addicts. One has to decide himself - if it helps, that's good tool. :)

@Aric The idea is to remove all the different tempting buttons. In the end I find it easier to avoid clicking multiple buttons (PLAY, "Find New opponent", Tournament) if I don't see them.
