Chess players can develop superstitions, which can help them to win more chess games . I had a lucky chess shirt back in the early 70's...I eventually realized that it wasn't so...and when someone asked "is that the only shirt you own...I got rid of it. I've been [chess] superstitious free since. Anyone care to share one of theirs? :]
