Lichess banned a cheater before I could even finish my report.

As someone who has been skeptical about the anti-cheat on this website, seeing a cheater get instantly banned installs confidence in me that this website is taking fair play seriously.
This is called anticipatory obedience. Lichess obviously wanted to placate you.

It always did. Your previous posts were unjust to begin with.
Compare the number of players at rush hour, in a 3 minute /1300/ tournament and in a 3 minute /300 themed tournament. And it is immediately clear how many cheaters ....
yesterday i was playing a game where the guy played the top engine line for like 12 moves straight. He got banned while playing the game. Apparently most of the people who played that line were engine users. But you can never blame someone for having crazy preparation, and this line seemed so obscure that it's suspicious
I've seen people get accused for playing some outlandish moves that were just deep preparation
Complaining about unfair play in the Forum, will probably not change much at this time.
It's an unsolved issue, that will remain until someone makes more serious efforts in preventing it.
Unfair play, wakes a very nasty emotion up in me, and I'm glad I have soothing sounds around, that stop me from crossing the line with the words and actions I choose.
Anyone who's been down that route, will know where I'm coming from with this....
Some other guys have had the wool pulled over their eyes, so they think it's a clear website, cut the nonsense.... get a life....

That guy had shown more tangible evidence for being naughty than just the opening line (the move times were classical)
