Introducing Maia, a human-like neural network chess engine

I also agree with @atomic_0_1, she plays way too fast even in longer games. It means I never get to think on her time. Still, she's pretty good so thank you for what you've done.

Great work! I played against maia9, most human-like bot I have played against.

@Lichess @thibault I like the idea of Maia. But it would be better if you also do it for variants.

Was I the only one who predicted c6 instead of b6 and ba6

@Guardian_Deity why c6? b6 wins the knight, but c6 seems to just trade the pawns.

Is it possible to play from position? For example, to train openings? Couldn't get the bot to accept the challenge

Even the highest level BOT makes terrible blunders. Two games of it against me are:

@SwApNeEl1 i mean it's supposed to be a human-like engine. Even the strongest humans make blunders.

They doesn't do as much as maia9 would do.

Georgian chess legend, World and Olympiad Champion, Maia Chiburdanidze turns 60 today. Maybe this bot was inspired by the legend. Happy Birthday Maia. LOL
