Swiss systems don't refresh

Swiss systems don't refresh and I can't see actual playing swiss systems in the swiss systems section.

I don't see anything wrong (minus the fact that I have an ongoing swiss tournament from a year ago)

Same here. Apart from the tournaments organized by the clubs that I am member of - everything else, both in the ongoing and the future sections, has been finished long time ago...
