(1) After 4. Bg5 Qb4+ 5. Nc3 Qxb2 6. Bd2 Bb4 7. Rb1 Qa3 8. Nd5 and eventual Nc7 you would have to regret your opening choice.
(2) Playing for quick wins will not increase your skills; white can easily decline Englund gambit with 2. c3, 2. Nc3, 2. e3, particularly, in a bullet game, and put you out of streamer commercials.
(3) If, indeed, you like idea of early exchange of d4 pawn, you should try other opening: 1. d4 d6 and after 2. c4 (which is more popular among d4 players than 2. Nf3, 2. e4, 2. Nc3), 2. .. e5 is safe and fine.

@Jacob0705 There are different sorts of gambits. There are ones which you give considerable amount of initiative, and they are justified. However, Englund gambit is completely refuted, and it is, but only a dirty attempt for tricking less experienced player. Moreover, by tricking that opponent one time you can inherit only a hate, but not a fame or an admiration.

#4. "by tricking that opponent one time you can inherit only a hate, but not a fame or an admiration."
One time, when I played tournament, I got tricked and lost. People admired the person who tricked me.

You can play Englund gambit if you want to play for pleasure but if you want to play for improvement and better at chess then I would suggest you to leave Englund gambit.
By the way, I also won like that against a player!

How to stop the english gambit after Qb4
#8 play 5.. Nc3 instead of 5.. Bc3
@RyAnSaXeNa
You can play 6. Nc3 like somebody mentioned, or even 5. Nc3 Qxf4 6. Nd5 is good for white IIRC
