I'm pretty sure every single 2300 was once a 1200.
But if you mean rising from 1200 to 2300 here, on this site, I don't know if it has been done. This site is too young for that to be likely.

I was never as low as 1200, nor will I ever be as high as 2300, both OTB and any chess site.

#15, I stated that I never had a rating as low as 1200, actually 1400. If I never heard of ratings, I wouldn't have understood that I was never a 1200.
If you want broadcasting/recording software, check out OBS, short for Open Broadcast software. It's open source and really easy to use.
