Matter of opinion.Teaching methods vary and concept of "best" not really applicable.
Agree with #5,two other good teachers are hard work and dedication.
Price and rating not necessarily good indicators as you could be an expensive,GM and still not be a good teacher.
It also depends upon your level and what you wish to learn
