I agree with both of you guys , kaza think with this time format they will get know each other , and shark think the pairing will take so much that the ladies will be bored and leave so my suggestion is :
What about rapid ? 10 minutes is really good time to know each other and also not waiting too much any way we should try this time format first and see what happen because we already have some participants we don't want to begin from the start
And lastly but not leastly ( agad voice ) thank youuuuuu kazaaaaaaa for your great hard work you are the best 🌹🌹🌹

I think what @samiov suggested is a great idea, I would love to participate but the time control is pretty long. 10+0 seems like it may be a better choice because if there are not very many participants I'd imagine there'll be a significant wait time between pairings with a longer tc with 20+10. A 10min. tc gives enough time to chat while still keeping people engaged.
