Good 'Chess' Books

There are lots of good books- too many for 1 lifetime even!
I can suggest some older ones: Keres, Botvinnik and Fischer's books of their games, Pachman's Modern chess strategy and openings learned from Gligoric's column took me from USCF 1400 to 2150 long ago. I think they are still good books.
Simple Chess by Stein, Winning Chess Combination by Seirawan, Fundamental Chess Openings by Vandersterren, Mammoth Book of the Greatest Chess Games of Chess are suitable for you.
