Feature request- Special privileges for team creator

These days, a number of people claim that their team has been hacked, i.e, one leader has gone savage and kicked out all the members or closed the team. Even mods have now said that they cant do anything about it, and we should think many times before making a person the leader of our team. However I thought of something different.
I request lichess to remove these privileges for secondary leaders, and keep them for only team creators.
1) Secondary team leaders cant close the team
2) Secondary leaders cant kick anyone out of the team
3) Secondary leaders can make new leaders, but cant remove any pre existing leader.
This means that only the team creator has these privileges, while the other leaders can only create tournaments, change the settings of the team and msg in the team.
In some cases, when the creator has to close his account, he will choose one of the secondary leaders as his successor.

@MohammadAayanKhan Yes Same request to lichess, by taking efforts we make our team, we increase it, but our trustworthy person betrays us, by doing such things. its wrong and some action should be taken,

I have face some of those issues as well in my team so i strongly recommend this request.
