Feature request- Special privileges for team creator

I am not entirely convinced about the concept of "secondary leaders":

1) Does a group deserve the label "team", if even the leaders cannot trust each other?
2) Some people are advertising their teams with "Please join, I'll make you leader!", and such offers would be drastically encouraged compared to now.
3) It can easily happen, that somebody creates a wonderful team and then suddenly dissappears from Lichess - for whatever reason. And then nobody can continue the administration. That would be a pity.

#1 I guess this is right. But this is the only way to stop the so called "hacking" threat
#2 Spammers will spam, advertiser's will advertise, we can't do anything about it
#3 I have already given a solution in my opening comment, the successor theory.
Also, pls don't think that I am against u, but I have to put forward my point of view.

@MohammadAayanKhan I have an expirence about this. My friend had a team and it had 4 leaders (including me). One day a leader [not me] had closed my friend's team I saw it and I told him that this incident happened and he replied one of the leader has closed the team and it was a shocking disappointment. I will very happy if mods do so and your name should be feature requester not Aayan
