Lichess says there is a form for complaints, but an error shows

I have a complaint about a FM. I am sorry about using this space for this, but I have twice tried to use the corresponding form, and always an error occurs. This FM is insulting me and accusing me for being a "cheater", according to him. I have the game we played, a bullet, and also the conversation. Can you, please, help with this? By the way, I offer myself to dedicate some time for colaborating with Lichess (in Spanish) with situation regarding the conduct of players.

It is no use. The error keeps showing

At what point do you get the error? When visiting /report or when submitting the report?

Please no public shaming. For reports use lichess.org/report. If it doesn't work please describe the issue in detail so the issue can be fixed.

Thanks for the people who are trying to help with this issue, but some do not seem to understand. First, appologized for using this forum for this matter, but then I pointed out that I have been using the corresponding form lichess.org/report uselessly, since it always returns the same error "404 Page not found! Return to the homepage or play this mini-game".
Also, nobody has been ashamed yet, since I only mention a FM, but not a name. However, I do feel upset with his behaviour, since I invest too much time in chess, and here in Lichess too, for anyone accusing me of being a cheater, and also insulting me. It must be difficult for Lichess to do something, I guess, but a mechanism should be designed to guarantee fairness and respect.

That doesn't answer my question though :P But I did some testing instead, and I can see a 404 when pressing the "Send" button. Very odd. I'll try to investigate.
