How can you demand that the games have to be finished within 3 months? 2 days per move, that means 4 days for one move by both sides, so the game could well be around move 25 after 3 months. And then no one gets a point?

I think this should be across at least a year. If it was, I would certainly join

I think we should be able to play any game till the end. If someone has a lost position, he can easily make the game last so long, that his opponent doesn't get a point. As for the opening, you say we can play faster there. I am currently playing a few games and that's what I had thought, too. But some guys don't do so, they really play 1 move a day or even 2 days. In my opinion 1 day is a better time control, but it's just my opinion. If players really move only once in 2 days, it takes too long until the game gets interesting .

I mean I agree with you. If it were you and me, there was no problem. I thought similarly when I decided to play 2 days. I would play several moves a day, it's just for that one day, when I really cannot play. But now I see that my opponents in fact move only once a day or 2 days. So for me, after this experience I think I will play only 1 day in the future.
