Lichess

Is lichess dying? If yes will someone explain with something that's happening and if no then why do i hear words that lichess don't have enough users
Lichess is dead, long live Lichess!
Perhaps you could ask the unnamed sources for the 'lichess is dying' quote why they say that.
@Doofenshmirtz This was a quote first used in the middle of 19th century in connection with painting, when photography rised ("painting is dead, long live painting"). The meaning (as i understand it) is, even though there are new mediums this does not mean that the original art and its message(s) is dead (which happens to be true 150 years later in painting, actually it has used the new medium much to its advantage, see eg Gerhard Richters art [1]).

So regarding Lichess the meaning is that there will be new formats in future, but still people will keep using Lichess. People also have not stopped using ICC even though there are lots of easier to access online chess formats, latest and greatest being Lichess.
