How to Look at Someone's Profile + Anything extra for Contributing?

Can't seem to find how to view someone's profile.
Plus, do you get any extra perks if you contribute to the site?

Clicking on a user's name from just about anywhere should bring up their profile. Click on "Nojoke" above to see mine for example. The same should work in games/puzzles/studies/chats/etc.
