In the middle of games lichess crashes besides of the other sites are working, internet is up
several minutes after this I cant open lichess. the problem is actual either from PC and iPhone application
You should probably complain to your service provider (ISP).
The only other thing we may suggest is to play longer time-control games that are more forgiving of disconnections while you have issues with your connection, like correspondence.
We should complain to ours ISP in all Russia, realy?)

Same for me (I'm from Russia too). During this summer got this problem several times including today, this just happened again.
