Chess is a game. It's supposed to be fun. Sometimes, with all the emphasis on ratings and performance, especially now with all this COVID-based drama, those simple facts get lost. Chess should be about seeing, recognizing and learning; more about the process than the result. If you're in a place where the destination overshadows the journey, maybe some time away will recharge the batteries and help you remember why you play chess to begin with.

Come back when you're ready. You'll know when, and lichess will be waiting for you.
You are probably on a bad period. If you always play people at your level, then you must have roughly equal win and loss percentages. Everyone (even world champions: www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUybpYGGZIs) comes across bad periods. They take their time and pass away.
focus on college stuff,, studying and banging bitches... your never going to be around that many single women around your age group ever again that aren't single moms, divorces.. or ones that are relatively clean ... get those numbers up and your chess career will come later during the drinking and lonliness...
Start playing Chess 960. You seem to be burned out by doing the same-old same-old all the time, leading you to grow bitter and mentally exhausted.
Chess is a game. The whole idea was to have fun during the game, not of the game. The rating system sometimes takes that away, as @reclusive_writer said. If that isn't you, maybe try something else that is. Maybe try faster time controls, variants, or another game altogether. If Chess isn't fun to you, maybe take a break and look ahead to what's next. You can't control your future, your future will come to you instead. Embrace the future, even if it might not be chess. As of right now, I suggest maybe your try something else, such as variants here on lichess.org. Not even the strongest storm lasts forever, this will go away soon.

Good Luck.

dont worry. sometimes, u might have a losing streak. What do u feel when u have a winning streak? Tables can turn. Only quit chess when you feel like you hate it, or when u feel stressed, even when winning. NOT FROM LOSING! It is fine! Everybody makes mistakes. (like when a roman empire died of eating too much cheese) But practice makes better (not perfect, no one is)
