Bug Report: False Provisional Glitch

For some reason it shows my Classical rating now as Provisional even though I've played 13 games, and only 10 have always been required for a non-provisional rating. Classical games have over half hour time limits so it would make no sense to increase the Provisional limit there, meaning this must be a glitch. What's strange is it previously showed as non-provisional but has lately changed to Provisional.

The provisionality (is that a word?) does not depend on the number of games, but on your rating deviation. Yours is currently 112.86, the limit is 110, I believe. So after your next game, the ? should disappear.
Very respectfully, I think you're wrong about 10 games being required to get an established rating. I don't know what things were like further back in the past, but when I joined almost a year ago it took more than ten Classical games to establish a rating.
Rating is provisional if your rating deviation is above 110. Rating deviation lowers when your results become more consistent (50/50 win/loss). This generally takes around 10 games, but can be more or less. Rating deviation increases when your results are swinging one way (all wins or all losses) or due to rating decay. Rating decay increases your rating deviation due to inactivity.

Your last classical game was 3 months ago. Lichess doesn't know if your strength has changed or stayed the same and due to the small number of games you have it doesn't have reliability. Thus, it gives rating decay and your rating deviation increases.
