Lichess is just the best chess website that exists. Whatever how you lost, you would have lost on another website too. It would be appreciated if you were delivering your anger over something inanimate and not real people that do nice things.
Probably lost connection to the server due to server overload. The server seems to have trouble with the increased number of players.

Yeah i experienced it in my last game too, i thought my opponent timed out but good thing i noticed it and had 6 minutes left. One tip i can give is reload your app/tab every now and then, especially if your opponent hasnt moved for quite some time
