More classical tournaments, rapid tournaments with increment.

Hello,

we have rapid tournaments every two hours, but there is only one classical tournament per week. Is it possible to increase the frequency? A daily frequency is maybe stretching it, but how about two additional tourneys per week? For instance a Sunday classical and a Wednesday classical, time control 20 + 10, duration between 3 and 4 hours.

Another suggestion is the implementation of rapid tournaments with increment (similar to the Blitz inc tourneys twice per day). As a time control I am suggesting something like 5 minutes plus 5 seconds increment.

Or an Eastern Classical tournament, 4h 30 min, four times a week, time control 15+15.

Here we have all kinds of Uxxx tournaments and thematic tournaments, but hardly any increment tournaments.

I agree with you...we need more frequent classical tournaments.

We need classical tournaments without half/time and limited games count

I agree but wish to point out the site now allows users to create their own classical tournaments (used to be limited to 7+2)
