If you've tried everything, are your skills at the limit?
I would recommend a professional chess coach, maybe through a chess club.
Do you only play chess online?
Play live with people and discuss games and positions ...
I've looked at some of your losses. 2 major issues are apparent.

First, your time management is bad. You play way too fast for someone who is struggling with tactics.
Take your time. Look at possible checks and captures (for you and your opponent) during every move. Yes that's annoying to do that during every move, but with the amount of 1-move blunders you need to do it.
you lose with 22 1/2 minutes left of your 25 minutes. Hung a simple fork.
you just hung your queen, moving it to where a knight can just take it.
hanging mate in 1 twice in a row with 8 1/2 minutes of 10 minutes remaining.
If 25 minutes isn't enough, increase your time control. Be patient.

Second, you seem to do the mistake most beginners to intermediate players do. You exchange pieces when the opportunity arises. This should become better when you take your time for every move.

"... Logical Chess [(Batsford edition by Chernev)] ... a collection of 33 games ... is definitely for beginners and players who are just starting to learn about development, weak squares, the centre, standard attacking ideas, and the like. In many ways, it would [be] a wonderful 'first' book (or first 'serious' book, after the ones which teach the rules and elementary mates, for example), and a nice gift for a young player just taking up chess. ..." - IM John Watson (1999)

My book was Bobby Fisher best 100 games, it's interesting to see his comments. Try to get in deep into one opening that you can play with similar pawn structure and piece placements both in black or white, in this case a d4 opening can be helpful. Avoid openings that everyone knows to the 20th move (sicilian, spanish) and explore paths where your opponent would not use his experience. Before moving check every pawn push and knight move to avoid forks. Analyse your losses with stockfish.
