Inconsistency

I have a huge problem with inconsistency. I've always been inconsistent, but with chess it's on a whole other level. Sometimes, in tactics for example, I drop down to 1700 rating, but other times, like at the time of this post, I go on a solving streak and get to 1900. Other times, for example in live chess, I make blunders that is expected from 800 rated players, and other times I play at my level. I want to find a way to be consistent, as I feel amazing winning games, especially classical, but some times, I make the easiest to avoid blunders and just get discouraged for a day or so.
Any help?
External human factors may be the cause: hunger, thirst, tiredness, distractions, worries…
Try to find out in what circumstances you perform well and in what circumstances you perform worse.
The only way, a human can play on a constant level, is cheating with the help of an engine.
