Why for my recent games i dont Gain or lose elo on wins and loses?

I cant seem to gain ELO when I win, playing 3+0 Blitz or even I dont LOSE elo when i lose in 3+0 blitz

Also I quit the playing Lichess all together over 6 months ago and decided to come back. But I am not gonna stay if i cant e rewarded for my wins or punished for losing
