Embarrassing but I will post anyway

First losing the Queen through a tactic - well it's not always easy to see that (actually very interesting tactic) - then a smothered mate... That was not "stupid" but you should spend some time on understanding "king safety" better. The king should be protected from checks and free to move a little bit. Castling usually provides both.

Maybe on move 14 playing Qe7 instead of Be7 would have been better - that way 1) the king would have been safer from a check on h8 2) the knight on d5 would no longer be pinned and 3) you could maybe castle queenside later

Don't be embarassed, learn from your mistakes! Then your next games will be better :)
