Leela 504 crushed stockfish 9?

I like to watch Kingscrushers YT Videos about Leela.
Here are a game where Leela 504 crushed Stockfish 9:



I am a bad chess player but some moves made by Stockfish looked weak, so i imported the game to Lichess and ... look at the analysis.

Good game from Leela, which i saw at Kingscrushers Youtube channel. What suddenly happened with Stockfish 7 at move 27 and later? Time trouble? Meltdown of cpu? It was bullet time control, but suddenly moves played by stockfish 7 were weak, Stockfish turned into Blunderfish. (the moves played so far are reproducable with my Stockfish 7 and i got the same moves with my Leela 501 engine)

One of my test games, Stockfish 7 and Leela 501 was both around 20-23 depth at each move:

Both engines misplay that position. f5-f4? and c5-c6? are positional blunders. Leela should play 15...c6 += and Stockfish should play 19.h3 +/-
