The opening is very suspicious from both sides 2. d3? 3. g3? I would say it is playable until 3. f3?? when white is at a serious strategic and positional disadvantage.
Here’s a well-known game with a white Hedgehog and then a king-side attack. http://en.lichess.org/XVRdnL8K
* Maybe not serious but it looks uncomfortable to play white.
Problem seems to be that White spends a lot of moves just to get a bishop to stare at a wall of White's own pawns (on f3 and e4, or on c3 and d4). Black can use that time to develop into strong positions and grab space.
Long story short, it's not lost, but (as you can see by the computer evaluations) White will be at a disadvantage when they should be playing for an opening advantage.

Your opening looks passive. You will get punished.
There is a setup in the Birds opening which can lead to similar but better positions. Here's a few games by Nakamura and others.

Use this setup instead if you need a surprise weapon.
