Was playing rated when Lichess sever disconnects a few minutes ago. After a while I logged back in to see my opponent has won and I lost 11 points. How is this fair? My internet was fine the whole time.
It happened to me also . I hung on and was reconnected and Lichess gave me back some time. So I had just enough time to go on and win.
In your case I think Lichess should award a draw. Losing 11 points like that is very frustrating. :-[

Happened to me also. Someone mentioned ddos in the tourney chat. Gosh I hope that isn't true. My game is bad enough as it is, LOL!

really? your gonna come here and complain about fairness? In the grand scheme of things your 11 points is nothing and will not matter. So keep calm and play on.

yes like kifaru said, drink a nice camomile tea, everything works out in the end.. disconnections happens to all of us, including your opponents.

just happened to me. I played and my time kept running, then I left the game without knowing and lost ??
@CafeMorphy I think you're missing the point of my post. The point is if a disconnection happens to everyone then the games that happen during the disconnection should not be counted.
