The longer I think, the worse I play

I assume it's because I think longer on more difficult moves, but does everyone have this pattern?

Time per move vs Average centipawn loss (excluding bullet games)
0 to 1 second - 12.7
1 to 3 seconds - 20.4
3 to 5 seconds - 26.8
5 to 10 seconds - 35.4
10 to 30 seconds - 42.2
More than 30 seconds - 52.2
I think it is rather logical, for amateur players.

The very fast moves are probably trivial recaptures or straightforward plans, possibly some opening theory, which quite often will be accurate.
The slower moves occur in very complex positions, were the amateur player will most likely miss some strong move, which will cost him a lot of average centipawn loss.
I am having a similar pattern, excluding Bullet. I think it is quite natural to have this correlation as you usually think longer for moves which are tougher to make (and therefore more likely to be worse) than for no brainers (recaptures/opening moves)
This is likely a case of Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc. The moves on which you spend more time on are more difficult moves, and you are more likely to blunder on them.
I find this amusing because I have the opposite problem. The faster the game the worse I play. My slow rating is 200 points higher than my fast games.

From what I have seen really good players are pretty consistent across all times.
For me is same. I play much better when I take some time like 2 mins on a move, by this my mind is much clear then playing fast and getting mated.
@dpcjsr They are talking about move quality, not rating.
It's very normal that the slow rating is higher than the blitz/bullet rating. (there have been discussions about why this is, probably the bullet pool simply is stronger because most strong players prefer to play bullet)
