I saw a forum post where a person mated his opponent by placing all his pieces at the back rank and driving opponent's king to c2 on a 1+0 960 game.
He also mated his enemy on another round by having all his pieces at the back rank and all pawns promoted to match the opponent's backrank pieces e.g. white knight on b8, g8, b1, g1 and white bishop on c8, c1, f8, f1 and rooks and queens..
I forgot the forum title though.
