so, if all pieces have same location three times then game ties ?
Look at move 63 and 67 and see that their identical, then flick through 63 to 67 just clicking on your opponents moves and see that they return to the same position 3 times, that's the rule unfortunately.
I've played games where I'm about to win and the opponent gambits a piece for stalemate but if I don't take it I've definetly lost, it sucks especially in blitz games when you're not looking for them, but dems de rules :\
