Mods not responding when alerted to cheaters

I have reported this guy twice over the past couple of days for ratings manipulation (i.e. sandbagging).

He does nothing but sandbag the U1500 tournaments, then resign / play fool's mate to keep his rating under 1500.

How is he not banned yet? Can mods please step up and do a better job, because it is ruining the tournaments.

@Mr__BLund3r
Public shaming is *never* the way to go. Report and wait a little bit. Never ever blame someone in public.
I've already reported it twice, and waited several days. There comes a point when it needs to be raised. Sorry if it seems like I'm blaming this on an individual, rather than a systematic failing. I just want it to be dealt with.

This particular cheater is sandbagging another tournament right now, which sucks for all the honest players on this site.
Good that admins do nothing about it.

This month I have been accused 3x of cheating. Some people believe if the adversary is taking a long time to think he/she is necessarily using a hacktool. I have been accused even by people who defeated me. It doesn't occur to them that if they beat me then probably I hadn't been using a bot. It also doesn't occur to them that I wouldn't wait to get into a lost position to use a bot as I would only be able to win BEFORE we reached such deplorable situation. To top all of this, I have been accused even after playing casual, unrated games.

There are no boundaries, the butthurt is immense. People want to win at all costs and easily. If they have any difficulty, if the adversary thinks out of the box even for a moment or taking time to think, then they are necessarily a cheater. No proof, no counter examination, no nothing. Hell, once I had to prove a+b that I had even blundered on the "engine move" I was accused for, and that my adversary simple suffered a tunnel vision and missed a checkmate.

Of course the idiot apologized, but from where I come from apologies means you don't want to suffer the consequences that your lack of character and spine has direly brought into your pitiful, pathetic life. Even if said consequences are just keeping your pride high so that you continue to feel that moral high ground to accuse others without any proof... bet the guy is already elsewhere accusing someone of stealing the bread he forgot he ate.

All that being said, how many % of those accusations aren't just angry people that didn't do any scientific check?

P.S.: I don't think it is your case, fuxia, and I don't know hot_yoghurt. I'm not an hypocrite to accuse others without basis just as I condemned. All I am trying to do is to bring the other side of discussions: baseless accusations.
I've tested the automatic filter multiple times (at least I think they have something that's automatic) and if you play good enough and at drastically different levels I think it'd automatically ban you. And looking at how he's playing in blitz it seems that he may be using some sort of software that has been made to do the moves automatically (that's if he's cheating) for him and disguise the fact that he's cheating, if he is actually cheating just give it a few days, however making a new account is always easy and banning him won't really do anything. Best you can do is just report him and don't let him bog down your mind and performance.
I just checked his games, he definitely sandbags, and not only that but sometimes in tournament when he's about to get over 1500 and he has made sure he's won the tournament he starts losing on purpose.

I suspect he's a 1800-1900 .
@lecio
good job trying to hijack the thread by talking about stuff that doesnt even relate to what the original poster is talking about.
