I am trying to use Lichess Tournaments for my club Wimborne , Dorset . I am experiencing issues of people not being able to join the Tournament once I set it up
e.g - I send the URL to a closed user group via email , setting a password . iehttps://lichess.org/tournament/taAvz7SF
The email receipients rec the url , they are able to enter the Arena but when they hit the join button and prompt the password , they enter the passoword - in this instance its wimborne all lower case , but they do not enter the Tournament. Is this a bug ? Its also intermittant . I have noted it happening on various different browsers , chrome , Windows 10 & Firefox . The fact it has worked ok and then doesnt is puzzling - any help appreciated . gphillman58
